and my subsequent declaration that I loved it and wanted to learn more, my wonderful boyfriend and family got together and gave me a bunch of Planet Cake courses for Christmas. Needless to say, I was stoked!
This is the first of my Planet courses in February; a round present box bursting open with shooting stars.
This cake is chocolate mud cake, with chocolate ganache, covered in fondant with handmade fondant shooting stars and silver cashous.
Loads of fun to make, and proving popular for surprise birthday parties!
