This was the first part of the second of my Planet Cake classes; a three day intensive course on cupcakes using various techniques including, butter cream, fondant, piping, figurine modelling and basic flower making.
The first finished product from this course was a board of various butter cream cupcakes topped with a range of themes from baby showers to kitchen teas.
